San Jose Wedding DJ

San Jose is a great town with lots to do. There are tons of places to stay from the San Jose downtown area to the outskirts of San Jose. People no longer need to know the way to San Jose. It's the center of Silicon Valley. There are several places that I recommend as possible locations for your San Jose wedding ceremony or your San Jose wedding reception. These San Jose venues do get busy at certain times of the year, so be sure to contact them early. But don't be afraid to contact them even if it is last minute as sometimes there are last minute openings. San Jose is easy to get to. The San Jose airport has lots of flights from most anywhere. The city of San Jose has grown up. It has many perfect spots for wedding photos and your wedding ceremony or your wedding reception.

• Dolce Hayes Mansion

  Once a lavish private estate, San Jose Hayes Mansion stands as one of the South Bay’s most impressive and distinctive historical structures. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the meticulously renovated Spanish Colonial Revival-style manor is as opulent as ever. • Clarion Hotel San Jose

  They have a ballroom that accommodates up to 180 people with an additional 30 seats available with a connecting outside terrace perfect for a San Jose wedding. Their Island Grill has excellent banquet menu selections to accommodate just about every taste. Very easy access from the San Jose Airport for your out of town guests. Once you're inside it's nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is not the most picturesque part of San Jose.

• Paolos Restaurant

  Paolo’s has a unique indoor/outdoor park-like setting overlooking Guadalupe River in downtown San Jose combined with a flexible indoor-outdoor layout allows us to accommodate intimate private San Jose gatherings as small as 10 people or up to 400 people. During the summer months or when weather permits, arrangements can be made for outdoor receptions on San Jose River Park Plaza looking out over the Guadalupe River or inside the River Park Lobby which has a 45 foot copper ceiling, terracotta-colored marble floors and full ceiling height windows which face the banks of the Guadalupe River. The Outdoor locations near the courtyard waterfall and Guadalupe River are also available for San Jose wedding ceremonies.

• San Jose Womans Club

  Three great rooms for your use. The light is not the greatest, but just know that going in - get some lighting from your DJ. The Landmark Ballroom (maximum 300 guests), Tea Room (maximum 90 guests) and Fireside Room (maximum 24 guests) are available for your San Jose wedding ceremony or your San Jose wedding reception. Especially nice, the Landmark Ballroom's floor is specially constructed for dancing It has a nice stage for your wedding band or San Jose wedding DJ.

• Napredak Hall

  Napredak is available for San Jose weddings and San Jose wedding receptions. Not the most beautiful site, there still are some nice places outside and the hall has a large, commercial-size kitchen, an elevated stage and bandstand. They can staff a cocktail lounge and the outside barbecue and eating areas are nice. Inside space will seat about 350 with room to dance.

• Cinnabar Hills Golf Club

  Beautiful views of the golf course (and it is a nice one) Nice room for a San Jose wedding. They can accommodate about 250 people. Again beautiful scenic views, outdoor and indoor areas, decent to good food. Great for both a San Jose wedding reception and a San Jose wedding ceremony.

• Fairmont San Jose

  Lots of room, beautiful scenery, great ballrooms. Be sure to specify the room you want! In San Jose downtown which can be both good and bad. Great stuff to do. Great places in downtown San Jose to get photos taken. And the San Jose Fairmont (for all their stuffiness) is really a friendly place to have a wedding. The San Jose Fairmont has great food. They are also easy to work with. As a San Jose DJ I've worked there many times. Not the cheapest in San Jose, but their service and excellence does show.

• DoubleTree San Jose

  Very close to the San Jose Airport. You could probably take a shuttle. This San Jose hotel has some nice ballrooms with plenty of room. Whatever you do here, though, be sure you get an outside sound system. Even when they upgraded their house system, it still doesn't sound right. This hotel (the old San Jose Red Lion) has been refurbished, but some of the back ballrooms are not that great. Get the ones on the first or second floor on the left side of the hotel. Food can be great.

• First Unitarian Church Of San Jose

  The First Unitarian Church of San Jose is in a historic 1881 building. The facility features a circular sanctuary, a large banquet room and an intimate parlor-style room with a fireplace. The Sanctuary features a high domed roof and 25 stained glass windows creating a beautiful event space for up to 350 guests. The Banquet room has tall windows, a high ceiling and hardwood floors accommodating up to 240 people for a wedding reception (if you're just going to have cocktails and finger food. Maybe 100-150 seated. It really is nice looking. The floors work great for dancing. Parking is definitely not fun.

• San Jose Downtown Crowne Plaza Hotel

  Less expensive option in Downtown San Jose. They can fit about 500 people in their ballroom. They are near McEnery San Jose Convention Center and The San Jose Center For Performing Arts, close to San Jose State University. So you can get pictures there. Once you're inside the ballroom the outside doesn't matter so much. Parking is not that fun, but the staff here is usually great!

  Seating for San Jose weddings up to 100 people indoors and an additional 150 people on their enclosed patio area. They can easily set it up for 100 people with ample room for your San Jose DJ and some dancing. A less expensive option.
